Terms of Service

By signing up for or using QRaveLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re using QRaveLabs on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for that business.

QRaveLabs provides QR-code ordering, a live kitchen board, and an admin dashboard for managing your menu, tables, orders, and team. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

QRaveLabs is the software provider only. When a guest places an order through a business’s ordering page, the sale is between the guest and that business - the business prepares the order, sets its prices, and collects payment at the venue.

• You’re responsible for the accounts and staff logins you create, and for keeping their credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for the content you publish (menu, prices, descriptions, images) and for fulfilling the orders you accept.
• You must have the rights to any images or content you upload.
• You’re responsible for your own tax and regulatory compliance - including configuring the correct VAT rate and honoring statutory discounts (such as the Philippine senior citizen discount) where they apply to your business.

• New businesses start with a 14-day free trial - no charge, no card required, full features.
• To keep using QRaveLabs after the trial, you subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are processed by PayMongo. You renew by paying for each billing period (by card, GCash, Maya or QR Ph); access runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a period ends without a renewal payment, the subscription lapses and the rules below apply.
• Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• There’s no lock-in and no auto-charge: you renew only when you choose to. To stop, simply don’t renew and access ends when your paid period does. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

If your free trial ends or your subscription lapses (for example, you don’t renew before your paid period ends), the following applies. This mirrors the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

Demo accounts work differently: they’re for evaluation and reset daily, so any content you add to a demo is removed 24 hours after it’s created.

Guests don’t need an account to order. If you order through a business’s QRaveLabs page: your order is placed with, prepared by, and paid to that business at the venue; the business - not QRaveLabs - is responsible for the food, pricing, availability, and service. If a business requires on-site ordering, your device checks your location locally (see the Privacy Policy) and ordering is only possible at the venue.

You own the content you create in QRaveLabs. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service for you and your customers. You can export or delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Attempt to access another business’s data, or probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Upload content that is illegal or infringes someone’s rights.

We work to keep QRaveLabs reliable but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRaveLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using QRaveLabs at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Data handling after termination follows the retention rules above and in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account owners. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
